I have been with AFC Cleaning & Restoration for 2 years.  I have 20+ years of prior experience, I am certified in IICRC / WRT / ASD / CCRN (Certified Control Restoration Network), mold, trained in laundry Esporta / Cleaning Sports Gear. Content cleaning / Restoration, Inventory and pack-outs, pack-backs to homes.  I also monitor Mitigation work.

Hello my name is Jeremy Radford I have been employed by AFC Cleaning & Restoration as a Field Supervisor since January 2023.  In this role I have the opportunity to work with homeowners to ensure their projects are prepped, implemented and completed in a quality manner.  Returning customers is my best compliment.  I enjoy the many variables under my lead and each day is never the same.  I bring to this position a IICRC certification and experience in leadership.

Joe comes to AFC with more than 31 years in the restoration field.  His experience includes serving as  project manager for both commercial and residential clients, serving as field superintendent and serving as estimator. Joe has attained multiple construction certifications including National Class A General Contractor,  Haag Certified Inspector – Commercial and Residential; NARI-Certified Remodeling Project Manager; and is IICRC-certified in  Water Damage Restoration and in Applied Microbial Remediation.

Hello, I am Juan Cobos and I have been working at AFC for more than a decade. My direct boss and CEO of the company offers me the opportunity to carry out my work as a duct and carpet cleaning technician in residences and commercial properties. I also assist in floods, mitigation and restoration jobs.

Hello my name is Lorinda Freeman. I began my career at AFC Cleaning & Restoration in June 2022. Prior to AFC, Lorinda served companies including Hallmark, PRA Health Sciences, and ICON. Her administrative duties for Division Managers saw her caring for up to 700 staff.  She is able to communicate and work effectively with employees at all levels. Marisa has served AFC in a variety of positions including estimator, team lead, and project manager and has been full time since 2016. Marisa’s dedication and attention to detail has allowed AFC to expand her responsibilities greatly and she now serves as Director of Administration AR and Contents Division Manager.  She is expert in mitigation services including water, fire and mold. She is also expert in industry-standard tools such as Xactimate, PSA and others. She has mentored and trained staff in the use of those tools as well as the proper procedures and best practices for the restoration industry.

Hello my name is Rob Goodwin. I have joined the AFC team recently as a Mitigation Supervisor. I bring to the team multiple years of experience on the mitigation remediation and customer service. My experience allows me to efficiently assist, direct customers and crews to get the job done in a timely manner and with quality. I love to see the home returned to prior state of any water damage and the job is complete.
