Hello my name is Ashlee Charles. I began my career at AFC Cleaning & Restoration in October of 2023. I began with AFC as a Team Coordinator and have fully transitioned to the Accounting Assistant role. I am scheduled to graduate with my Accounting Degree in 2025. 

Hello my name is Chris Mazza. I have recently joined AFC Cleaning & Restoration in June 2023.

I bring 15 years of full service restoration and construction experience to AFC as a prior business owner. I am IICRC certified in WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, TCST, Lead and Xactimate II certified.

Craig Collins spent 20 years in the automotive industry with focus on quality engineering and just in time logistics prior to forming AFC. In his former operations management role, he successfully managed large organizations with hundreds of employees. This experience along with Craig’s vision has resulted in AFC becoming a leading restoration and cleaning company in Kansas City.  Craig now runs a multi-million-dollar enterprise recognized as one of the leaders in the industry. Craig’s hard work and dedication has built a company with an excellent reputation for reliability and rapid response to emergency situations.

Hello my name is Esteban Ayala. I am a Restoration Technician at AFC for two years as a Restoration Technician and I support mitigation water extractions as needed. Prior to AFC I worked in construction for 12 years, with a specialty in roofing and foundation work.

I have been with AFC Cleaning & Restoration for 2 years.  I have 20+ years of prior experience, I am certified in IICRC / WRT / ASD / CCRN (Certified Control Restoration Network), mold, trained in laundry Esporta / Cleaning Sports Gear. Content cleaning / Restoration, Inventory and pack-outs, pack-backs to homes.  I also monitor Mitigation work.

Hello my name is Jeremy Radford I have been employed by AFC Cleaning & Restoration as a Field Supervisor since January 2023.  In this role I have the opportunity to work with homeowners to ensure their projects are prepped, implemented and completed in a quality manner.  Returning customers is my best compliment.  I enjoy the many variables under my lead and each day is never the same.  I bring to this position a IICRC certification and experience in leadership.

Joe comes to AFC with more than 31 years in the restoration field.  His experience includes serving as  project manager for both commercial and residential clients, serving as field superintendent and serving as estimator. Joe has attained multiple construction certifications including National Class A General Contractor,  Haag Certified Inspector – Commercial and Residential; NARI-Certified Remodeling Project Manager; and is IICRC-certified in  Water Damage Restoration and in Applied Microbial Remediation.

Hello my name is Jose Hernandez. I am a Restoration Technician at AFC and began my role recently.  I look forward to learning all phases within my position.

Hello, I am Juan Cobos and I have been working at AFC for more than a decade. My direct boss and CEO of the company offers me the opportunity to carry out my work as a duct and carpet cleaning technician in residences and commercial properties. I also assist in floods, mitigation and restoration jobs.

Hello my name is Juan Hernandez. I am a Restoration Technician at AFC. I have worked in remodeling and restoration for 20 years with a specialty in tile work. I have been working  at  AFC for two years as a Restoration Technician and I help with mitigation remediation as needed.

Hello my name is Keith Anderson. I have joined the AFC team recently as a Field Supervisor.  I bring to the team multiple years of experience on the rebuild side of restoration. My experience allows me to efficiently assist, direct customers and crews to get the job done in a timely manner and with quality.  My greatest compliment is to see smiling faces after the job is complete. Titan certified as renovator initial.

Lorinda Freeman brings 30+ years of business experience in administration and event planning. Prior to AFC, Lorinda served companies including Hallmark, PRA Health Sciences, and ICON. Her administrative duties for Division Managers saw her caring for up to 700 staff.  She is able to communicate and work effectively with employees at all levels.

Marisa has served AFC in a variety of positions including estimator, team lead, and project manager and has been full time since 2016. Marisa’s dedication and attention to detail has allowed AFC to expand her responsibilities greatly and she now serves as Director of Administration AR and Contents Division Manager.  She is expert in mitigation services including water, fire and mold. She is also expert in industry-standard tools such as Xactimate, PSA and others. She has mentored and trained staff in the use of those tools as well as the proper procedures and best practices for the restoration industry.

Hello my name is Oscar Hernandez. I am a restoration technician at AFC. I have worked in remodeling and restoration for 14 years. I have been working  at  AFC for nine years. I enjoy the type of work I do. I appreciate the kind gestures the customers have towards my co-workers and myself.

I am a Restoration Technician at AFC and began my role recently. I look forward to learning all phases within my position. I bring quality life experience to my position.

Stephen comes to AFC from AAS Restoration where he served as president for over 10 years and led them to become a company with 10+ million dollars in revenue.  His former and ongoing military service helped to hone strong organizational skills and his former operational role in restoration give him a deep understanding of the industry. He helped to reorganize AFC’s operating structure and enforce critical policies and procedures which has already paid dividends in terms of revenue and efficiencies.

My position at AFC Cleaning & Restoration is a Restoration Specialist. I have been with AFC going on 2 years. As a Restoration Specialist my job is to work on Esporta, do pack-outs, restoration of content, final cleaning & pack-backs.  I also assist with the monitoring of Mitigation jobs, work on mold jobs as well as assist with tear outs and clean ups.
